Jumpstart--Riverpoint 10-Week Fitness Challenge

February 8 through April 18

Are you ready to get healthy?

Are you losing momentum in your New Year's resolutions? Don't give up! WSU students in Exercise Physiology and Metabolism are here to help you achieve your goals for FREE! Anyone can join the challenge. Just send an email to riverpointjumpstart.10@gmail.com. Join as an individual or as a group, and stack up points by meeting your own goals. We'll track your progress. Don't let a lack of motivation get you down--let Jumpstart help you achieve your goals!

Spokane Community Network Meeting

The Spokane Community Network is a state family policy council that is responsible for community development planning related to at-risk children. The meetings will include discussion on a variety of topics related to supporting at-risk children in the Spokane community and the state of Washington. The Spokane Community Network meeting is open to the public.

If you plan to graduate, get everything you need for graduation/commencement all in one place.

Official Grad Finale packets were mailed to your local address at the end of January 2010. Be sure to look for more information to come.
