NOTEWORTHY

CORRECTION: Last week's Bulletin included an item about Jamie Herring (ID '01) and her first-place finish in the Institute of Store Planners Ducati Retail Competition. The item noted that WSU would receive a $1,000 award for having 3 of the 6 finalists in that competition. This is incorrect. The $1,000 award goes to WSU thanks to Herring's first-place finish; Herring herself also received a $1,000 award.

Steve Setter, assistant professor, pharmacy, co-presented with Diane Crutchfield, PharmD, “Drug/Drug and Drug/Disease Interactions: Focus on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease” at the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists annual meeting in Anaheim in November 2002. Setter also presented a poster, “Osteoporosis and Fracture Risk Among Assisted Living Facility Residents”.

SEND YOUR NOTEWORTHY NEWS about staff, faculty, students, or graduates of WSU Spokane to chamberlain@wsu.edu for inclusion in future editions of the weekly campus bulletin and for other publications and web content.
