THURSDAY THREADS PICKS UP ITS FIRST
STITCH
Knitting. Needlepoint.
Counted cross stitch. Hand quilting. Heck, sock darning. If you do handwork and
want to get together with co-workers for lunch and a refreshing mental break,
bring your lunch and project to the first floor conference room of MFC, noon-1pm
each Thursday.
We’ll swap stitches, help beginners, admire the old pros
who don’t even have to look at their needles any more, and have some fun. If we
outgrow the space, we’ll find a larger room.
Quasi-organizers: Barb
Chamberlain and Debbie Haberman.
ATM INFORMATION
If you are a member of any of the credit unions listed
below, you can use the ATMs on the first floor in MFC or Phase I without being
charged the $1.00 service fee.

SEEKING COMMENCEMENT
STORIES
We need your
commencement stories about this year’s graduating students. Heartwarming,
heartbreaking, inspirational, unusual, exceptional... you get the picture. These
will be pitched to media and may make their way into future newsletter articles,
so these should be students who are comfortable discussing whatever it is that
makes you suggest them.
Send information to Barb Chamberlain,
chamberlain@wsu.edu,
8-7527, ASAP.
