As of July 1, IT operations at ICN and Riverpoint have officially integrated, with Saleh Elgiadi heading up and classroom and research technology and Larry Hoffman in charge of infrastructure and enterprise systems. The help desk, which should be your first point of contact for any IT issues or questions, will be integrated starting August 11. As of that date, nursing faculty and staff should direct all IT support requests to Loretta Duncan at the Riverpoint Helpdesk ( spok.it.help@wsu.edu or 509-358-7748), who will route your request to the appropriate person.
