WSU Spokane Employee Churn: The 1025 Process

This site allows for consistency in dealing with employee changes on campus.  HRS, IT, Communications, and Facilities will all be able to tend to hires, separations, departmental transfers, and internal moves in a timely manner.

Arriving

New to campus or coming from another department.

  1. If necessary, fill out Space Allocation Form to establish an office.
  2. Send employee to HRS to complete paperwork and establish a WSU-ID.
    Important!
      A location and WSU-ID are required before proceeding.
  3. Go to Requests for Arriving Employee.


Departing

Leaving campus or going to another department.

  1. If leaving campus, send letter of resignation, termination, or retirement to HRS.
  2. Go to Requests for Departing Employee.


Internal Move

Within department (telephone/data drops and directory update)

  1. Go to Requests for Internally Moving Employee.
