WSU Spokane Human Resource Services
Human Resource Services has been an integral part of the Spokane campus since
1996. We serve approximately 1,000 faculty and staff here and throughout
the state, in addition to meeting and communicating with prospective employees
who inquire about WSU employment opportunities state-wide. We serve a wide
region in northeast Washington, including:
- WSU Spokane
- WSU Intercollegiate College of Nursing
- WSU Extension (northeast region)
- Sirti
Human Resource Services Mission
The mission of Human Resource Services is to foster organizational
effectiveness by:
- Providing professional employment services that ensure fair and
equitable access to university customers.
- Promoting positive employee/employer relations in which everyone is
treated with dignity and respect.
- Providing employee development programs to create an effective and
engaged workforce.
- Establishing policies and monitoring programs to ensure compliance with
state and federal laws and regulations, as well as university policies.
- Accurately processing and maintaining appropriate records necessary to
support human resource functions throughout the University.
