The Program Administrator Certificate program at WSU Spokane serves educators seeking professional advancement. A component of Washington State University's “Leaders for Tomorrow's Schools” program, it is specifically designed to prepare current successful educators to meet the leadership challenges to be faced by program administrators in the twenty-first century.
Faculty members in the program have extensive experience as school principals and/or central office administrators.
Education courses taken in Spokane may be used as supporting course work for students admitted to a WSU Pullman degree program, such as the M.Ed. or Ed.D.
Course work for this program is available in Spokane and in Wenatchee.
Application and course work for the program administrator
program is substantially the same as the principal
certification program; although the internship
experiences for the two programs are different.
