Application Checklist
A completed application file includes:
ڤ Completed application and $35 application
fee. If utilizing paper application, submit the fee and green copy of the
application to the Graduate School. Send yellow copy to the Department.
Save time and apply online:
Online Application
ڤ Letter of intent and introduction sent directly to the Department.
ڤ Three original letters of recommendation sent directly to the Department.
ڤ Official Transcripts sent to both the Graduate School and the Department.
- Official transcripts are those sent directly from the registrar to the
Graduate School and the Department. Transcripts required include:
a) Colleges or Universities from which any degrees have been granted or are
expected and those transcripts which show the last 60 graded semester or 90
graded quarter hours of undergraduate work taken.
b) Colleges or Universities showing graded graduate level (including
doctoral) coursework taken after the bachelor’s degree.
ڤ Official GRE or GMAT Scores sent to the Graduate School.
- When taking the GRE or GMAT test, indicate Washington State University as a
score recipient. WSU school code is 4705; there is no department code. If you
did not indicate WSU when you took the test, you will need to contact ETS to
request a score report be sent to WSU. To request additional score reports:

You will
receive email confirmation from the Department immediately upon receipt of each
item submitted as part of your application. The priority deadline for Fall
admission is May 1 and Spring admission is September 1. The Program offers
rolling admission, therefore your application will be reviewed and the admission
decision made immediately upon receipt of all application materials.
