having a direct correlation to their involvement in crime, drugs and alcohol
abuse, and abusive relationships. This conference will help educate our
community on this issue, as well as start laying the foundation for a

- Dr. Robert F. Anda of the Centers for Disease Control and co-author of the longitudinal Adverse Childhood Experiences study will be presenting his work on the social, behavioral, learning, and health outcomes and costs associated with complex trauma.
