Library Room Request Form

Use this form to schedule use of library seminar room (Academic Center 313). This room may be used for groups of up to twelve people; priority is for library instruction. Library staff will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.
Beverages in containers with secure lids are welcome. Please don't bring food into the library or the seminar room.
