Landscape Architecture
Our program offers students a professional foundation in landscape design, construction, and planning. They learn ecologically and socially sound design through the application of plant science, landscape construction, facilities design, social sciences, computer technology, and land-use analysis.
Master of Science (MSLA)
- The graduate program provides individuals with professional degrees in landscape architecture to engage in deeper study, through critical investigation, research, and scholarship within the context of the Northern Rocky Mountain Bioregion.
- The program emphasizes urban and suburban design and community planning.
Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA)
- The Design Institute allows BLA students a chance to study at the Spokane campus—alongside other design and construction students—during the their fourth and fifth years. More information.
- Accredited by the American Society of Landscape Architects, the program's curriculum emphasizes residential, community, and urban design; site, regional and land use planning; and professional practice methods.
