Geographic Information Systems & Simulation Laboratory
The Geographic Information Systems and Simulation Laboratory (GISSL) allows our students to stay on the vanguard of this valuable technology, even as they incorporate its lessons into their design education.
For instance, Dr. Kerry Brooks, the lab's director, and students Lynne Gearhart and Mike Wilhelm use GIS to study access to bus routes and public services for disadvantaged people.
